Relax and just be yourself. Come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to experience whatever unfolds, whether you bring questions or simply go with the flow. For online sessions, a quiet, private space helps.
Feel free to take notes, and remember it’s a shared process; the more open and engaged you are, the better the experience.
There’s a big difference between entertainment-style fortune telling and genuine psychic work. Future possibilities can come up, but I let them arise naturally rather than forcing predictions.

I’ve had spirit people come through before they’ve been buried, in saying that, I find it’s best to wait until you’ve moved through the hardest part of the grieving process before seeking a mediumship session. If you’re still feeling overwhelmed by loss, it can create a heavy energy that makes connection difficult. Remember, healing takes time, be gentle with yourself during this process. I’m not going anywhere, and I’d love to work with you when the time is right.
Information about people you are close to may naturally come through in a reading, and that’s perfectly fine. However, I won’t spiritually “spy” on an ex, family member, spouse, or anyone else on your behalf. The focus of our sessions is on you—your life, your energy, and your path, etc.
